HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders will be processed within 1-3 days of being placed and delivered within 2 to 5 business days from when processing is complete.
A shipment notification email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your package ships and finally when your package is delivered. Please note, once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control.
We are unable to replace or refund missing or stolen packages at this time. Washa is also not responsible for any goods delivered to a forwarding company.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED WASHA CANDLE. WHAT DO I DO?
We do our best to create a positive unboxing experience and ensure all of our products are safely packed and insulated before they are shipped. If you received a damaged or defective product, don’t hesitate to reach out. Send a descriptive note with a photo to hello@washacandles.com
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, MISSING OR INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?
In the unique and rare occasion where your order is missing or you receive a defective or incorrect package please email hello@washacandles.com ASAP and provide a details of the error (photos of the defect, order number, etc.). Upon inspection, we will do our best to assist and rectify if/where possible.
I RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER BUT IT HASN'T CHANGED/UPDATED.
The tracking status may not update until your package has been scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive. If the tracking number remains the same after 5 business days, please free to contact us via DM or email hello@washacandles.com
